Everything was good during 6 days, loved its perfect location short walk to the garden as well as Very close to sea. I was offered a room with great views of garden. The pool was clean and the staff was attentive. The breakfast offered lots of options and was satisfactory. Overall the service was excellent!

It was very nice surprise for me the receptionist could speak English as usually in south Italy it's a big problem.
poor breakfast - only croissants (always slack-backed!). If you want some ham or cheese you have to ask it.

Location close to downtown.
Only one person at the reception speaks English. Food is not good and really scarce (breakfast). Rooms and specifically bathrooms need refurbishment. Thermal pools are full of chlorine. It is too noisy in the rooms - you can hear your neighbours watching tv and talking. The beach which is really close to the hotel, is very bad - just a very smal part of marina separated by a rope.

During my Easter break, I had the most relaxing and comfortable stay at a hotel in Ischia. the breakfast was exceptional, with plenty of options and the most delicious freshly baked pastries. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and incredible restaurants. I loved the fact that the hotel offered a shuttle service to get around the town, making everything so much easier. Another great advantage was the incredibly friendly and attentive staff who constantly went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.
the room was quite small, with limited space to move around in.
